Life-Time Warranty
Any custom design Jewellery created by Giorgio's Jewellery comes with a life time warranty against manufacturing defect. Every piece of Jewellery must be inspected every 12 months by Giorgio's Jewellery and signed for by Giorgio's Jewellery, if it is determined that your Jewellery need repair or maintenance due to wear and tear or damage, then you must follow the recommendation for the necessary repairs or your warranty will be void.
Giorgio's Jewellery will fix or replace any trim diamonds (not center diamonds or gemstones) that are lost due to normal wear and tear at no charge to you. Any damage or abuse to the original quality of the Jewellery will void the warranty.
If you lose your center diamond or gemstone due to a manufacturing defect, Giorgio's Jewellery will pay up to $600 of deductible to your insurance company to replace it.
Replacement must be paid by your insurance company to Giorgio’s Jewellery and performed through Giorgio's Jewellery only. It is the responsibility of the Jewellery purchaser to insure their Jewellery under their home owner’s policy or renter’s policy against any damage or loss that might happen.
If there is any damage, abuse, modification or alteration to the center diamond or gemstone all warranties through Giorgio's Jewellery become void.
100% Satisfaction on any Custom Design Jewellery
Giorgio's Jewellery offers 100% satisfaction on any custom design jewellery. If we produce a piece of Jewellery through our custom design business we stand behind it. If, for any reason, you don’t like your piece of Jewellery within 30 days of purchase, Giorgio's Jewellery will remake the piece at no cost to you. This could be repeated if we are at fault and didn’t follow the written instruction of your order.
Giorgio's Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any custom design order due to abuse or unreasonable demands by the purchaser.
No Refunds on Custom Designed Jewellery
Due to the intensive labour involved in custom design Jewellery no refunds will be issued to any custom design work. Alternatively, Giorgio's Jewellery will remake a Jewellery piece you are satisfied with at no cost to you.
Delivery
Delivery: The customer may choose for the manufactured Jewellery piece to be delivered to their personal address via Registered Post or alternatively delivered to one of our store locations for the customer to pick up.
Order Processing Time: Fourteen (14) business days from date of receiving the required order deposit from the customer.
Delivery Time: One to Seven (1-7) business days from date of sending depending on destination.
Business days: Business days is defined as Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Customs Fees and Import Restrictions:
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out about any restrictions applicable to them and pay any charges. We send all parcels through Australia Post and suggest checking your country in the first instance on their website at www.auspost.com.au. We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering e.g. Customs and Excise.
Missing Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time please contact Giorgio’s Jewellery and we will follow up on your behalf.
Insurance Claims: Undelivered parcels: All insurance claims are between Giorgio’s Jewellery and Australia Post. We will arrange for the insurance payment to be paid to you or will replace your order.
Delivered parcels: Insurance claims are between the customer and Australia Post. If you need to make a claim and need assistance please contact Giorgio’s Jewellery.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal Online or you can pay in store.
Your payment will be free of any transaction charges by us and PayPal. We do not charge a credit card processing fee.
Paypal is our authorised and secure on-line credit card processor but you don't need a Paypal account to pay us.
You can pay online using the PayPal secure server. PayPal take your privacy and your credit card security very seriously.
For your peace of mind the Paypal payment screen is encrypted and secured with 128bit SSL Security. To further ensure your credit card security PayPal will require you to provide specific information such as your correct billing address and CCV Card Verification Number in order to verify that your credit card is not being used fraudulently. When you reach the PayPal payment screen you will see a padlock symbol. This symbol along with the https:// in the URL (website address) of the page confirms that the PayPal site is 100% secure.
